What payment methods does the hotel accept?

Can I pay for my reservation in advance via the app?
Yes, you can conveniently pay for your reservation in our web app before your arrival. After booking, we’ll send you a link to do so.
Does the hotel offer self-check-in?
Yes, you have the option to check in online or on-site before your arrival.
Does the hotel offer self-check-out?
Yes, you have the option to check out on your own online or on-site upon departure.
Does the hotel offer early check-in?
Yes, early check-in is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us.
Does the hotel offer late check-out?
Yes, late check-out is possible by prior arrangement and costs €25.00. Please contact us.
By what time must the late check-out be completed?
Your late check-out must be completed by 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
Are there rooms with connecting doors?
We do not offer rooms with direct connecting doors. However, upon request, we’d be happy to provide you with two rooms right next to each other. Or you can book one of our spacious boarding apartments. Please feel free to contact us before booking.
Are children welcome at the hotel?
Absolutely! Children and families are always welcome here.
Why are there additional taxes on my booking?
The statutory value-added tax is already included in the booking price. In addition, the city of Cologne levies a lodging tax (cultural promotion levy) of 5 percent on the gross lodging price.
Can I change or cancel my reservation later?
Yes, you can change your booking at any time or cancel it free of charge—or with applicable fees—in accordance with the cancellation policy. Reservations made through the website can be adjusted independently in the confirmation. If you booked through an online portal, please adjust the reservation directly with the partner.
Is a credit card required to make a reservation?
No, provided you arrive before 6:00 p.m. For a guaranteed check-in after 6:00 p.m., a credit card is required as a guarantee.
Are room rates calculated per person or per room?
Our room rates are calculated per room per night and include the City of Cologne’s cultural promotion tax.

Yes, you can pull up in front of the hotel to load and unload your car. However, due to city construction projects, there are currently some restrictions in this area.

No, our hotel does not have its own parking lot. However, there are free parking spaces in front of the hotel and along Deutz-Mülheimer Straße. Due to city construction projects, there are currently fewer parking spaces available in front of the hotel than usual.

Our hotel has an elevator that stops at the intermediate floors. There are still a few steps to climb from there.

Unfortunately, due to the building’s architecture, it is not accessible. However, we’re happy to assist you with check-in and check-out.

The hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted only in front of the main entrance or in our garden. If you would like a room with a balcony, please let us know before booking.

No, our hotel does not offer a laundry service.
